1. Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ZeeroBills (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms govern your access to our website, applications, dashboards, APIs and services (“Service”). By using ZeeroBills, you legally accept these Terms in full.

1.1 Applicability

These Terms apply to all users including patients, individuals, doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, pharmacies and business partners using ZeeroBills software or referral systems.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ZeeroBills, you agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws including IT Act 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and related healthcare regulations. If you disagree with any provision, discontinue use immediately.

Minimum age requirement: 18 years.

1.3 License to Use

ZeeroBills grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform solely for lawful business and healthcare management purposes.

1.4 User Responsibilities

• Provide truthful and updated information
• Protect login credentials
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Comply with medical and billing laws
• Avoid misuse, fraud or data manipulation

1.5 Medical Disclaimer

ZeeroBills is NOT a medical provider. We do not diagnose, prescribe or treat patients. Medical responsibility rests solely with registered practitioners and clinics.

1.6 Intellectual Property

All software, dashboards, UI, databases, logos and content are exclusive intellectual property of ZeeroBills. Reverse engineering or reproduction is prohibited.

1.7 Revenue Sharing & Referrals

ZeeroBills may provide patient leads to partner clinics. In exchange, an agreed commission or percentage may apply on successfully completed services. Clinics must maintain transparent billing.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

ZeeroBills shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, medical or financial damages. Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed ₹1,000.

1.9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice for policy violations or unlawful activity.

1.10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We comply with Indian data protection laws.
